One of the Six Regional Networks of the Rural Community Assistance Partnership. Directed and managed the operations of a planning and development staff to maintain the regional rural community assistance and environmental programs in seven states. Prepared and monitored reports for submission to Federal and State government. Represent the organization in Washington DC and the States General Assemblies during hearings, committee meetings and budget/appropriations hearings. During this period we built over 300 houses and provided water, indoor plumbing and waste water facilities to many communities and families.
